Leasing Questions

No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Our homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.  Our community does provide a washer and dryer in the basement of each home which comes at an additional $50 per month in addition to the rent.

Application fees are $60 per applicant 18 years and older occupying the apartment. We also require a $150 administrative fee and $100 holding fee at the time of application. All application fees are nonrefundable. You may pay these online by credit card or in our office with a cashier’s check or money order.

You can easily apply on our community website, or you can stop by the office for a paper application during business hours.

Trash, water, sewer, gas, and electric.

Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria.

Rent is always due on the first, and a $150 late fee is assessed on the 6th of every month (Sundays and holidays are not exempt). 

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed with a weight limit of 100 pounds at full grown. Any number of pets living in the apartment will then require a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee and monthly pet rent (per pet). Visit our pet policy page for updated fees. Breed restrictions apply; please get in touch with the office.

Resident Questions

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount and is due when written notice is submitted. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager, as there could be unique circumstances.

Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please get in touch with the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

Please let our office know if you love our apartments and want to refer a friend! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join our community.

You may submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.  You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message.

If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in or staying longer than two days, they must fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.

We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.

Each unit will have active Spectrum Cable and Internet services active at the time of move-in. The cost for these services will be billed with unit utilities. Please inquire for further details on costs and service parameters.

Yes, you may grill using the grills provided in the common areas around the community.  There are, however, no grills permitted inside your apartment home or on the balconies.  There is no grilling permitted on the porches or yards of apartment homes.

If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment, providing that you have a photo ID and are on the lease.

If you have lost your apartment keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee. If this occurs after business hours, you must contact a local locksmith. If you lose your mailbox keys, you must take your lease to the post office to get new keys.
